Robust, Powerful and Flexible Business Continuity Software

ontinuity247 is a Business Impact Analyses, Business Continuity Planning and Workplace Recovery Planning platform.
It quickly models the unique specifics of each business through a structured approach to Business Impact Analyses, Business Continuity Planning and Workplace Recovery Planning. It was specifically designed to provide a centralised storage, reporting, prioritisation and BCP platform to aid the speedy recovery business after any incident. It really evolved from the work we've been doing with BP North Sea and Sky over the last 5 years.
Our aim was to turn business continuity plans into “living documents” (rather than simple paper-based reports that sit on shelves) and allow a much more pro-active approach to continuity planning. Most impressive is the reporting engine which presents your business back to you in a way that most businesses have not considered before. This can be a very powerful MI tool.

Continuity247 is our robust Business Continuity Software Platform which helps you manage your Business Impact Analyses, Business Continuity Planning and Workplace Recovery Planning.

It quickly models the specifics of your business through a structured approach to Business Impact Analyses, Business Continuity Planning and Workplace Recovery Planning, and was specifically designed to provide a centralised storage, reporting, prioritisation and communication platform to aid your speedy business recovery after an incident.

Evolved from over 20 years experience our aim was to turn business continuity plans into “living documents” (rather than MS Word/Excel reports) and allow a much more pro-active approach to continuity planning.

Central to this is the reporting engine which presents your business back to you in a way that most businesses have not considered before.

Can your business continuity plans answer these questions in less than 30 seconds?

  • What is the best order of recovery for my critical processes?
  • What is the BCP for Site ‘A’?
  • What is the recovery plan for the ground floor of our HQ?
  • How many people do ‘Finance’ need in phase 1?
  • What is the BCP for the Accounts Receivable process of Finance?
  • What is my action plan for  suppliers in phase 1?
  • What are the RTOs for my “Highest" priority processes?
  • What technologies does each critical process rely on?
  • How much will this disruption cost if we exceed our MTPOD?

Continuity247 can!

Think of it like this...

We just had a flood in the basement of UK HQ, we've lost all power and comms to ground floor wings A and B as well as first and second floors wings B and D. I need to know what critical processes we've lost what our prioritised order of recovery is. I need to know what technologies we need to support recovery, how many people need desks elsewhere and how soon. Oh and a copy of our action plan because I've got to present to the board in 30 minutes.

Continuity247 answers these (and more) questions instantly from any desktop or mobile device including iPads, iPhones and Blackberry etc.

Business Impact Analyses  Business Continuity Plans

Strategic Company-wide Modelling - this is data that is common to all aspects of the business such as number of recovery phases, company attitude to risk, financial impact bands etc. These are fully configurable and can be changed at any time to remodel the business. Administrator only.

Department/Unit specific data - this is data that is collected at the Department/Unit level (accounts created by Administrator) and is composed of the BIAs, BCPs and Technology Recovery etc. The completion of these BIAs and BCPs is best led by a BCM professional (either internal or external).

Reporting/Control Room - this is the module that collates the BIAs and BCPs from across the entire organisation and presents the results to the "incident team" according to any scenario. Through an intuitive and powerful query interface you are able to interrogate any aspect of your business either by function, location, technology, priority, phase or any combination thereof. In response Continuity247 will instantly present an incident specific BCP and Workplace Recovery Plan (including prioritised orders of recovery etc) for your incident team to put into action.

Our philosophy is very much to turn business continuity plans into "living documents" rather than simple MS Word/Excel consultancy exercises.

Put simply, Continuity247 captures the "genetics" of your specific business, it builds your business continuity plans around them, generates workplace recovery plans and securely stores all plans and makes them available wherever and whenever needed.
